How to set up Error Message in Struts

1. Create application.properties
   
2. Add the line:  to specify the location of application.properties (In src/)
3. Add the setting of , for example
   ＜exception key="UserLogin.Password" path="/error.jsp" type="iii.tsm.exceptions.TSMException"＞
4. Show the message in jsp by ＜html:error /＞
